Got to coordinate times with others first. Reaper is coming down from ye olde Norfolke, and I`m meeting KW at the Ace. Does 10.30 at mine sound ok? A quick coffee, and we should be at the Ace by 12.30 easily......in theory
I'm planning to ride up with a couple of guys from this neck of the woods, so looks as if I'll be at the Ace around 11:00am (not my choice to set off so early).
I'm sure there'll be plenty to keep me entertained to you lot get there.
I expect there will be a few Africa Twits off the XRV site there for you to talk to. I expect a few of them did that short run out with us in June will be there! Haven`t been back to the Ace since then, though I`m sure I`ll be less tired this time zzzzzzzzzz

I´ll just have to hope that my cheapo ebay battery charger actually works - it´s a long way to push if it doesn´t!!
Be worth getting it fired up tomorrow just to make sure you have fresh juice in the carbs. In this shitty weather it`s best to use superunleaded, as it will fire up easier and give better running and mpg. Tescos cheapest definitely not recommended at this time of year, so don`t be an old skinflint. Do AT`s suffer from carb icing? Use PRO FST if they do. Doesn`t look like we`ll get sunburnt on sunday

The cheapo charger worked a treat and the bike fired up after a few prods on the button. Whatever fuel that´s in there would appear to be ok. Don´t know about the carb icing - maybe I´ll find out tomorrow!
